Ingredients
- (1/2 lb.) Pork Smoked Bacon
- (4 eggs) Dozen Pastured Eggs
- (1 cup) Raw Milk Cheddar Cow Cheese
- (1 cup) Coconut Milk or Half and Half
- (2 cups) Broccoli florets
- (1/4 teaspoon) Salt
- (1/8 teaspoon) Garlic powder and lemon pepper
Directions
Cut bacon into small pieces and cook on medium in a cast-iron pan until crisp and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs with milk and grated cheese.
Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder, and lemon pepper. Add bacon to the egg mixture. Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
