- Add this spice mix to oil and vinegar to create a custom smoky Southwest-style marinade
- No BBQ sauce? No problem! 1/2 c ketchup, 1.5 T Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 t hot sauce (optional), 1.5 T maple sugar (or brown sugar), and 1 T 'Cowboy Boogie' spice mix.
