Pork Belly (Fresh Side)

Our Pasture and Forest Raised Pork Fresh Side (unsliced). This is our fresh (uncured) side meat - referred to as pork belly. This is an excellent cut for those interested in curing their own bacon, and is also used fresh in some cuisines, adding richness and flavor to dishes.
