Pasture Green Box - Beef & Chicken

While pigs prefer the dappled shade of the forest, cows and chickens thrive in open pasture. These two pasture species often move in synch, with cows "mowing down" fully mature grasses and chickens following behind once the grasses recover a bit, to fertilize the soil and peck at bugs and lower-lying pasture greenery. Since these animals partner in the field, we bundled our most popular beef and chicken cuts into our Pasture Green Box. 

This box has a target weight of 18 pounds; it's a standard-freezer-friendly collection of pasture-raised and grass-fed chicken and beef staples to enjoy throughout the month. (Note that there is NO pork in this box; if you want a similar-sized box with pork included, we suggest looking at the 14lb Monthly Farm Box. Or, if you're looking for a separate mainly-pork box to round out your month, we recommend pairing the Pasture box with the 20lb Sausage Variety Bundle.)
