Mountain Branch Creamery produces their cheese from their herd of grass fed cows.  They depend on high quality pasture as they feed their cows NO GRAIN. Their goal is to build healthy soils using diverse crops and the controlled grazing. Their cows never receive rBGH or rBST growth hormones or GMO feeds.

You will find this slightly crumbly and similar to a classic cheddar.
