How to cook ground pork: 
Ground pork is super easy to work with.

  1. Place the ground pork (preferably thawed) into a hot skillet without oil, and flatten slightly to create more surface area on the pan. Let cook over relatively high heat for about 3-5 minutes, or until it's starting to get brown and slightly crisp on the bottom.
  2. Flip the whole piece over. After flipping, you can let it brown on the other side or start to break it up right away, depending on your preference. As long as you brown the first side, you'll get plenty of flavor.
